My printers
A4 duplexing B&W Laser Printer - Brother HL-L2375DW
Great print quality. Very economical. Pain in the neck to configure. Does not double side A5.
A3 duplexing colour InkJet - Epson WF-7840
Good print quality. Useful scanner with document feeder. A bit expensive to run. Prints on bookcloth.

Modern Bookbinding by Alex Vaughan is the book with the diagram of different shapes to arrange lettering.

Any PVA or EVA designed for bookbinding or for paper is fine. For steps where you might get the alignment wrong you might consider using mix (paste PVA mix).
