Product Description: The Athletic Trainer’s Locker Room Workbox built by LM Cases is designed to be an all-in-one custom workstation for the traveling athletic trainer.

The workboxes lid features a removable 12 bin small parts caddy. The caddy mounts to the lid via a bracket allowing it to be used mounted in the lid, or removed. Each bin is removable. A courtesy power bank is mounted in the bottom of the lid and is easily accessible to the work surface. The power bank features 3 combination outlets that provide 6 AC outlets, 3 USB A charging ports and 3 USB C charging ports. 2 locking Powercon outlets are provided. A LM Tour Systems 4-Plex power bank with a 4ft cable is provided to interface with the Powercon outlets. This 4-Plex power bank brings the available outlet count to 10 and is intended for larger AC adapters and or HD plug ends that may block the USB ports when utilizing the courtesy panel. The lid features a LED light that illuminates the storage bins and the work surface. A white, high visibility illuminated switch is located in the courtesy panel to operate the light. Power is brought into the case via a LM Tour Systems DSK-I inlet panel. This panel features a locking True1 inlet. A LM Tour Systems 25ft AC – True1 cable is provided with the case. The DSK-I inlet features a True1 locking power outlet protected by a rubber cover. This locking outlet can interface with a full line of optional LM Tour Systems cables including the True1 – Female Edison (shown) or the configurable pendant power drop (shown with a USB A 4-Plex outlet). All electrical components and cables were installed and built by the LM Cases Custom Integration department.

The main work surface is built from high visibility white marine grade plastic and features usable dimensions of 26” wide x 20.75” deep. The work surface is supported with a steel bar for maximum strength and durability. Four storage drawers are provided. Each drawer is built from ½” Baltic Birch plywood, mounted on HD Accuride glides and finished with black textured coating. The drawers feature the same usable width of 22.75” and depth of 18” with varying heights. The top two drawers have a usable height of 2.625” and feature LM’s configurable Tech Dividers allowing them to be split into 14 compartments. The center drawer features a usable height of 7” and is open for general storage. The bottom drawer is designed for tape storage. 2 removable, 15 spindle table caddies are provided. Each caddy is built from ½” black marine grade plastic and features 11.625” tall spindles.

The workbox’s split front lids are designed to open against the main body of the case and provide additional storage. The left lid features 4 open compartments, faced with 3/8” clear Lexan. Each compartment features usable interior dimensions of 9.625” wide x 5.5” tall with a depth of 4.625”. The compartments have hinged front doors with HD slam latches. The right door is designed for small parts storage. 24 tilting small parts bins are provided. A removable clear Lexan latched lid is provided to keep the bins closed during transport.

The trunk exterior is built from ½” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic colors. The hardware set includes 15 deep recessed handles, HDPE plastic runners, a pad lockable hasp latch and 6 – 4” Colson casters, 4 of which are locking.
