Tashs Movement Limited closes out the month of February by welcoming Ritchie Haydn to the label for his debut single. Hailing from the UK, Ritchie Brabazon aka Ritchie Haydn first emerged in 2020 with The Beginning, a single for Markus Schulzs Coldharbour Recordings imprint. With a sound that found the creative space between progressive house and trance, Ritchie would move forward with a more distinct focus on the former, recording progressive minded projects for Addictive Sounds, Capital Heaven, ICONYC, Mango Alley and his own ARRVL Records imprint. Also an accomplished DJ, the London resident has performed at venues across the UK and Ibiza, most notably Egg, Ministry Of Sound, Eden and Pacha, amongst others. With 2024 being highlighted by releases for 3rd Avenue and Manual Music, Richie opens his 2025 schedule adding Movement Limited to his resume with Right in Front of Me, alongside a remix from Daniel Testas. Utilizing a strong vocal narrative, Ritchie crafts a club-effective journey that should leave long-lasting memories both on and off the dancefloor. Arriving in good time for the spring season, the UK artists key changing grooves and rolling rhythms set a free flowing foundation for soulful vocal phrasing to add another dimension to the piece. Expertly processed, the vocal sets the stage for an emotive lead theme, one complete with glowing monochromes and rich character, tailored perfectly to carry the proceedings onwards through a heartfelt break and poignant final act. The release concludes with Daniel Testas making his label debut with the lone interpretation of Right in Front of Me. With over three decades of production experience, Dutch producer Daniel Testas has more than carved out a place in electronic music history. From his early beginnings as a progressive house producer, to several side projects writing Drum and Bass, Deep House, Balearic House and more along the way, the Amsterdam resident eventually rediscovered his progressive roots with releases via Deep Down Music, MNL, Outta Limits, The Purr and more. Also finding a home on Movement Recordings, 2024 would mark Daniels label debut with Beyond The Clouds, a well-received two-track showcase alongside remixes from Federico Monechesi and Shayan Pasha. Now, adding the labels Limited division to his resume, Daniel makes an impressive debut with a groovy rendition of Right in Front of Me. Adding further depth to the release, Daniel conveys the emotional message of the original in fine fashion, all while deconstructing the vocal elements and reshaping the low end for a groovier and equally effective dancefloor approach.
