【ハコスカ道】フルレストア&魔改造①ボディ編(5年分まとめ）72'スカイライン1/4 metalwork jdm welding amateur

自宅ガレージ内にて、休日や夜間に独学で7年ほど掛けてハコスカをフルレストアした記録画像になります。
車体側で5年ほど掛かってます。
8,000枚以上の記録画像より、200数十枚をピックアップしまとめました。

今回はボディ編です。
分解〜塗膜・旧パテ類・シール剤・全剥離作業

錆取り、腐り部除去、板金作業、ボディ補強、ボディパネル部分製作、ケミカル補強、スポット増し等。

アーム・メンバー・ボルト・ショートパーツ類はブラスト作業〜再メッキ及びパウダーコート、内装製作、ゴム・ウェザーストリップ類交換。

塗装〜組み付け。

It is a documentary image of a fully restored Hakosuka that took about 7 years to self-study on holidays and at night in my garage.
It took about 5 years on the body side.
From over 8,000 recorded images, 200-odd images have been picked up and put together.

This time it's the body version.
Disassembly ~ paint film, old putty, sealant, all peeling work

Rust removal, rotted part removal, sheet metal work, body reinforcement, body panel part production, chemical reinforcement, spot increase, etc.

Arms, members, bolts and short parts are blasted, re-plated and powder coated, interior production, rubber and weather strips replaced.

Painting to assembly.
