Overall not a difficult boss but parry RNG dictates whether you'll be getting an extra stun on each run or not, which is always super annoying. This run has room for improvement: I had to forgo stacking Teapot and lost a bit of stun time to get the 3rd stun before miasma, so I think 35k is doable with a perfect run.
Not much to say about this boss with non-rupture other than: It's got a massive defense stat, so you need to run PEN5 if you want to deal any damage to it. The parry stacks only matter if you're a Rupture agent, but you still want to get as many as possible to get faster stuns, you just don't need to time them, but how many you get is up for this boss' whims: sometimes he just decides to stand there and AFK, which sometimes just outright ends your run.
Other than that, just watch out for the hide and seek minigame: ‪@LinNull‬ explains it here: (   • Wandering Hunter DIES!? Yidhari Teams & De...  ), but once the timer goes to 2:00, the next action the Hunter will take is to start the minigame. If you want a third stun before miasma, you need to save ults to dump as soon as the clock hits 2:00, or you will waste the daze buildup you get from breaking miasma if you enter with 99 daze.
