✅Process Of RLE Surgery
RLE surgery generally takes 3 days (visits).
DAY 1️⃣ – pre-op screening tests (approx. 2 hours) which involve:
◽ Basic eye check-ups
◽ Biometry- perfect IOL power calculation
◽ Blood Pressure (BP), Blood Sugar test, and E.C.G.
DAY 2️⃣ – Surgery (30 minutes in surgery, approx. 2 hours overall, in clearing discharge formalities and paperwork)
DAY 3️⃣ – Follow Up Check-Up (Approx. 1 hour)
Note: RLE surgery can be performed for one eye at a time. The other eye can be operated on after 2 days.
