KISS: Psycho Circus - The Nightmare Child (say that title 5 times fast) was first released as a PC game, then ported to the Dreamcast on November 1, 2000.

It was developed by Third Law Interactive (that only ever made 2 other PC games before going under), and published by Take-Two Interactive (2K). This game is based on the comic book by Todd McFarlane, that's based off of the 1998 album of the same name by KISS. Easy enough, right?

Honestly, KISS: Psycho Circus is way less bad of a game that I expected, especially since KISS Pinball is an all-time awful game. There's definitely some fun to be had here, especially for KISS fans (though I really don't see any KISS references through 25 minutes of the game besides a small snippet of a KISS song off the album, but I'm also fairly unfamiliar with KISS in general.

It plays a bit like a mixture of a 1st person Nightmare Creatures, along with some Hexen, and a little bit of Quake (though with way slower movement). Truly, we have played way, way worse shooters on consoles, and this game is cheap enough, so we could recommend KISS: Psycho Circus if you're looking for a bit of a different experience.
