biNowadays, an important question must be asked: Where is Christianity going?
In this video, I speak about a serious concern within today’s Christian community—how many believers are slowly adopting non-biblical practices and cultural traditions that are not found in the Word of God.

Today, we see practices such as:

Celebrating cultural festivals like Pongal inside churches

Wearing “Yesu Mala” as a ritual practice

Performing housewarming ceremonies using pictures or statues of Jesus Christ

Praying before images or statues

Carrying statues of Jesus in processions and offering prayers before them

Performing rituals like breaking coconuts before the cross

These practices may appear spiritual, but they are not taught by Jesus nor supported by the Bible.

📖 “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
(John 4:24)

The Bible clearly teaches that salvation is found only in Jesus Christ, not through rituals, images, statues, or borrowed traditions.

📖 “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
(Acts 4:12)

Jesus Christ never instructed His followers to worship Him through images, statues, or cultural rituals. Such practices are man-made traditions and are contrary to Scripture.

You shall not make for yourself a carved image… you shall not bow down to them nor serve them.”
(Exodus 20:4–5)

As believers, we are called to:

Follow the Word of God alone

Worship God biblically, not traditionally

Proclaim the true Gospel of Jesus Christ

Reject practices that are against Scripture

📖 “Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, not according to Christ.”
(Colossians 2:8)

This video is not meant to attack anyone, but to awaken the Church and call believers back to pure, biblical Christianity.

📖 “Test all things; hold fast what is good.”
(1 Thessalonians 5:21)
