Not all games go to plan for the top coaches. Here, Gary Rowett tells The Coaches' Voice about a match in September 2016, when his then Birmingham City team struggled to impose their game on an in-form Sheffield Wednesday at St Andrew's. Trailing 1-0 to a Gary Hooper strike with only 10 minutes to go, Rowett called for reinforcements and took a risk that paid off with a stoppage-time winner from substitute Lukas Jutkiewicz.
