Prof. Dr. Shahid Kamal was the Current Vice Chancellor of Govt. College Univesity Faisalabad.
He was a very good and Charming Personality. As vice chancellor his tenure was about to end july 2023 he was enjoying last few month of the post but today 13 march 2023 when he was Going to university from his Home town lahore he met an accident when the tire of his car Blasted and the vehicle collapsed with an oil tanker. The Vice chancellor's head got highly injured and he couldn't survive.
He many times asked to claim govt. house for VC in university Community Society but he refused and Preferred to come from lahore daily.
May his soul rest in peace.
