Autumnal Baking, Cooking & Homemaking | Apple Muffins | Soup | Yard Work

It’s a summer-like Fall week, but in my house Autumn is in full swing. After a visit to the Apple orchard, I’m making some a healthy, whole food plant based apple muffins, and a tasty Tex-Mex style soup. My days are pretty boring right now - just some September yard cleanup and the usual household chores - basic living and homemaking while working from home!
