Haidilao Hotpot | Eating the World’s Most Expensive Beef!

I met with a regular customer outside who told me it tastes just as good as what he would normally find in China and that's when I knew I was in for a treat.

We had no idea how it worked and so we were a bit worried that we would embarrass ourselves but the staff were so helpful. The experience is also something I will never forget as you almost never get offered an apron and a hairband when you go into a restaurant and neither do you get to cook your food in broth. I am still in awww of the whole experience and the food itself.
