Most summer guests chose to forego the available central AC in favor of the cool mountain breezes found at this elevation, and in winter the soaring stone fireplace is a cozy option as you watch the snow fall. Open to the living area is the kitchen, with granite counters, large island, custom cabinets and modern appliances, and the dining room is just adjacent to this space.

Downstairs, guests spend time enjoying the family and gamerooms that are open to each other, with large seating area around the big screen television. Enjoy some tunes on the jukebox while holding your own family tournament with the pool table and arcade video game. Snacks are easy with the adjoining kitchenette, also a great option for those using the bedrooms on this level who may want their morning coffee before joining the rest of the group upstairs.

Two large decks offer rocking chairs, a large gas grill, big hot tub, and a touch of history – a chairlift chair from a local ski resort. Best of all, this location near the top of Sugar Mountain is just minutes from the slopes, hiking and mountain bike trails, tennis courts and golf course.
