The Pick-a-Lift module allows for the operator to set a thickness of paper that is most efficient for the punch, assuring a consistent lift of paper every time, not too many and not too few. Each time he punches, a new lift of paper is ready for him to pick up, speeding up his overall productivity.

The operator drops the lift of paper into the punch where gravity is jogging the paper into the die. The operator simply slides the lift of paper to the right where the paper stop switch automatically cycles the punch allowing the operator to immediately reach for the next lift of paper

Next the Automated Ejector Stacker module takes over; once the lift of paper is punched it is ejected and stacked automatically speeding up the process as well.

Because of the unique modular design of the Rhin-O-Tuff line, you can turn your existing Rhin-O-Tuff punch into a 3-in-1 P. P. S system by simply adding the Automated Paper Ejector Stacker module and the Pick a Lift Module.
