1 Chopped Onion
1-2 Green Chilis Finely Chopped
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste/Finely Chopped
1 Chopped Carrot
1 Chopped Capsicum
Some Boiled Corns
Some Chopped Beans
1 Chopped Tomato
Puree of 2 Tomatoes
Salt
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
2-3 tbsp Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp Grated Cheese
Fresh Coriander
1/2 tsp Mixed Herbs Seasoning
1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes

PERI PERI PASTA:

PERI PERI MASALA:
2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
1 tsp Oregano/Mixed Herbs
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Salt
2 Pinch Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Balck Pepper

PASTA PREPARATION:
2 cups Spiral Pasta
Water for Boiling
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Oil
2 tsp Oil/Butter
1 tbsp Garlic
1 Onion
Carrots
Capsicums
Boiled Corns
Salt
Pepper

Sauce:
3 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Maida/All Purpose Flour
2 cups Milk
Processed Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
