Rurouni Kenshin Music Video (FAN MADE) | I'll Be Wandering - Dayview

To be honest, I'm probably not the biggest fan of the series out there. But after having watched the film versions in three parts just made me fall in love with it. The story, the fight scene, and everything else.

I appreciated the love story so much that I decided to write my own song inspired by the movie. So most of the content in the song is about the love story of Kenshin and Kaoru, about how they felt for each other and of course I wouldn't fail to include the other events that happened as also shown in the music video.

Editing this movie took a long time as I had to give the perfect timing in terms of transition to a lot of elements in the song i wrote. The music also has that ballad feel starting off with some piano flows and violin. Eventually, I collaborated some modern kits to match it with the fight scenes and have that intense rhythm as the song progresses. On the bridges and instrumental parts, I gave the "anime" feel as I notated the bars for the piano.

Overall, this project was quite challenging and I truly enjoyed doing this. The movie has inspired me so much. Hope you guys enjoy this! :)
