I am Jessy. A proud transgender woman.
Yes you read it right. I am part of LGBTQ+ community and I am so proud of it. I started my HRT since 2014.
I know the risk. I know how this might affect my health if I took the wrong dosage because I cannot afford to consult an endocrinologist. I know some of you may say "sayang". But let me tell you this. "Walang sayang" at "walang nasayang". The only "sayang" that could have happened is that if I didn't took the chance to be who I am. And I don't have regrets on that. I only live once. We all live once.
I may have the looks back then but believe me, "babae ako since birth".
Why I didn't started to do HRT early? It's because of my dad. He have hopes on me na I will become a man he expected me to be someday. At some point in my life I thought that he may be right. But that didn't last long and realised that I am not who my dad expected me to become at all. I knew my dad knows that too. And so I graduated in college with "full pack make up". 😅

It is not too late to get rid of that something that holds you back to become who you wanted to be.
Be yourself.
Be that someone who will tell everyone that they can never find anyone like "you" because you're special. We all are. 🎉🏳️‍🌈
