Start with the simplest exercises that you feel comfortable trying and see how you feel the following day, Jenni will take you through:

• Assisted Bounces
• Assisted Hops
• Unassisted Hops

Stay consistent with them, and over a few months you’ll find your tolerance improves and you’ll be able to do more, with less pain!

Don’t jump in with the hard stuff straight away, remember doing the easier stuff for higher reps will help you progress better!

When you’re ready to progress, here’s how to build up to skipping:
   • Run longer & pain free by skipping  

Which will really improve your foot & ankle strength and stability!
