PREFACE:

The field of INSTRUMENTATION and CONTROL plays a major role in the diverse industrial applications. During the course of any technical study related to instrumentation, it is of great relevance that a practical approach be imparted to the students.
To introduce the students into this exciting field of instrumentation, we have released a new set of cards named TORQUE MEASUREMENT TRAINER KIT which would help the user to study various configurations and to try out their own ideas in a very simple way.
TORQUE MEASUREMENT TRAINER KIT display the torque applied to the beam. This manual provides the technical capabilities, functional theory, as well as the schematics and functions of the TORQUE MEASUREMENT TRAINER KIT.
An attempt is made through these “Instrumentation trainer” to make as easy as possible for the students to learn about the electronic instrumentation system and various transducers used for the measurement of mechanical component.
The instrumentation tutor panels are design in such a way that the block diagrams of the stages of electronic instrumentation system are clearly pictured on them. Earnest effort has been made to present the details in a simple and understandable way. We do welcome suggestions regarding the improvement of the TORQUE MEASUREMENT TRAINER KIT and this manual.
