How to do Pest Control in Restaurants, Buildings and Supermarkets. Today I started at a building that is on a monthly schedule, I knock on all doors and treat as many Apts as possible. I treat Kit and bath unless Theres a need to treat other rooms. This building is in great shape so its mostly preventive treatments.
I did a couple of jobs and treated the Restaurant of a new customer. Wow, a lot of roaches. I treated the entire perimeter with the B&G, then flushed out Crack and Crevice. There where roaches almost at every corner of the restaurant, but especially near the water source - and food is handled everywhere so they have them through out. I flushed the roaches out with ShockWave, its a good product but has a lot of pressure so it tends to send roaches flying everywhere which Im not crazy about. I like to use a lower pressure spray to keep better control- but its great to flush out of crevices and holes in equipment or walls.
I completed this job by placing glue boards in different areas I treated to help from spreading and to monitor.
