Here is where Corry (A.K.A) WINGMAN, team leader of the Sault Tactical Airsoft Division, attempts to utilize the TORONTO AIRSOFT "GRAVEYARD" to only find a disgusting service encounter.

Here is my brief story. In 2018 I transitioned to airsoft from paintball. It was then when I purchased my first airsoft replica from the Toronto Airsoft store, located in my home Province of Ontario, Canada. After some dedicated research, I decided to go with the Krytac Trident MK2, SPR. Since then "Toronto Airsoft" has been my first choice in airsoft shopping. I couldn't talk highly enough about the store that provided me with most of my initial setup in the hobby/sport of airsoft. I've even guided some fellow airsoft mates to shop from this store with a sense of supporting local business, located in a different city yes but located in my home Province. Local enough.

This content piece above is to show the last experience I encountered with this same store. I am honestly really hurt and disgusted by this encounter. Where have we gone as a humanity? I have never been so disrespected by such an establishment. An establishment that I had high regards for. An establishment that recently sent me a previously worked on, damaged and non functional AEG, then blaming me for damaging such item. I am truly appalled by what happened here. This is NOT ethical business practice. As a person who completed 4yrs business education, class of 2019, will tell you all that this is NOT how you conduct such business practices. I now give this airsoft business 2 thumbs down for letting me down and leaving me in a huge disappointment, while they tried to redefine my character. I could and would never perform such shady practices. I hope that one day this "Dan" fella and Toronto Airsoft Management sees this. I also hope that they can reassess their standards and raise the bar on professional business conduct. Thank you for reading my little drama.
