The spirit of League’s foundation was simple: to show the world what Indonesia is capable of. Siti Hartati Murdaya believed that Indonesia was capable of manufacturing high quality products to rival global powerhouses. The prominent Indonesian entrepreneur set out to establish locally sourced, labor-intensive factories to achieve this, and League was born. The name itself meant “the spirit of unity”, a reminder that we will face diversity and fierce competition in international markets.

We debuted our first design in 2004, and it wasn’t long before League’s success brought about a series rapid expansions. Under Siti’s son Prajna Murdaya, our fast growing company flourished, expanding not only our team, but the scope of our products. The Stanford University graduate’s shrewd management skills and business acumen helped nurtured League become a leader in domestic market and abroad.

Nowadays, you can find League in over 12 countries worldwide, including Singapore, Japan, Korea, Saudi Arabia and Dubai. It goes to show that faith and determination can go a long way.
