In Spirit work healing and cure are not always the same. It is important to recognize the difference and understand their functions. Power is the foundation of all shamanic healing and re-empowerment is like shamanic first aid. Another key issue is being able to ask for help and be open to receiving. We also talk about ethics in healing work - it is sometimes easy to fall into traps of wanting to help too much and it is important to keep the work clean.



All healing requires some kind of change. How do we allow ourselves to step over the threshold after healing, and live it fully? Shamanic healing can be a beautiful transformative process if we trust and understand more about the way it works.
