INGREDIENTS:
SUGAR COOKIE CRUST
2 1/3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
12 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

FRUIT:
strawberries
blueberries
raspberries
kiwi
banana
Your fruit of choice!!

INSTRUCTIONS:
-Mix butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix again until smooth.
-Add dry ingredients, mixing until just combined
-Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes
-On a round pizza pan (greased and lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil), add your cookie dough. Break up the cookie dough and press it into the pan to make your pizza. Try to keep the same thickness throughout.
-Refrigerate cookie pizza for 30 minutes (or freeze for 15) while oven preheats to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
-Bake cookie pizza at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 13-17 minutes, until golden brown.* Let cool completely before decorating.
-For the cream cheese frosting, add butter and cream cheese to a bowl. Cream together. Add powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Add vanilla extract, almond extract, and milk. Mix until smooth.**
-Once your cookie pizza is cooled, start putting it together! Spread the frosting in an even layer and then arrange your fruit however you would like.
-Can be refrigerated for later or you can serve it immediately and enjoy!!

*If making mini pizzas, bake for 8 minutes
**To make frosting thicker, add more powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time. To make it thinner, add more milk, one teaspoon at a time.
