So thrilled to finally be riding my brand new Atherton! I was super impressed with the bike''s amazing quality frame The entire bike is made of high-grade 7075 aluminum which is much stronger than the material used in most other aluminum bikes. The manufacturing process is also unique. First, the bike has no welds and instead is bonded together with industrial strength epoxy. The rear triangle and lugs are CnC machined, which also reduces frame weakness. The Fox suspension is absolutely fantastic.. Having the option for high and low speed rebound and compression on both the fork and shock is definitely a huge upgrade and I noticed the difference immediately. Since I only ordered the frame, I needed help with assembly, so big shout out to
VALLEY BIKE AND SKI WERKS for helping me build the bike. Big shout out to Atherton, too. They were amazing to work with throughout the ordering and shipping process even when there parts and shipping issues. If I ever had a question, they'd always get back within 24 hours. Thanks ATHERTON.
