IMPORTANT NOTE: "Hot Reload" only works for changes that are made INSIDE of the build() method, whereas "Hot Restart" are for changes OUTSIDE of the build() method. Sorry I did not mention this in the video. For a "Hot Restart" shortcut, you can check your Keyboard Shortcuts and look at "Flutter: Hot Restart" in VS Code and see what is has been set to.
