This video will show you how to modify your Star Wars Light Cruiser to add additional interior room using just the pieces that come with the set.
Lego set 75315 - Star Wars Imperial Light Cruiser from Mandalorian Season 2.
This adds:
1) The containment cell where Grogu is held before being rescued by Djarin.
2) The cargo bay to keep the dark trooper in cold storage.

I think the dark troopers actually come out of the other side of the Light Cruiser, so feel free to place the dark trooper on whichever side you like.
