Puneet Thapar’s rendering of Shyam fetched great response from the spectators, 7/9/24 @ Ganesh Fest

It was a memorable moment for residents of Shimla as they were treated to a lively show by famous singer Puneet Thapar @ the Middle Bazar complex on September 7, 2024.

Despite heavy rainfall denizens of the hill town did take out time to pay their obeisance to the Lord Ganesha. Puneet Thapar entertained audience with Punjabi, Pahari and Hindi renderings.

Another local singer, young Tushar Thakur also impressed devotees with the melodious his Bhajan, “ Krishna Teri Murli Pe Bhala Kaun Ni Nachda. Yet another singer Karan Gill Mesmer devotees with the rendering, “Sawariya, Aaja Aaja Saawariya” and won an instant rapport with the audience.

Puneet Thapar’s Punjabi songs were a great hit with the audience who could not resist dancing to his lively songs. Many ladies including myself had a Divine feeling dancing to the tunes of melodious renderings of the talented singer.

Among those present on the occasion were Mr Rajkumar Aggarwal and Mohit Sood of Himachal Khatu Shyam Parivaar.
