RECIPE: SLOW COOKER Butter Chicken!

I've always been sceptical of slow cookers but this slow cooked butter chicken recipe is INCREDIBLE! Super tender, great taste and takes minimal work!

Ingredients:
8 skinless chicken thighs
25g butter
500g potatoes, peeled and halved
1 onion, finely chopped
1 large thumb sized piece of ginger, finely grated
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
4 green cardamom pods, crushed
750ml tomato passata
400g tin coconut milk
