Production of waste collection systems on ENGEL injection moulding machine duo 5500

ENGEL's powerful 2-platen machine is ideally suited also for the production of large waste collection systems. With a clamping force of 55000kN and a shot weight of 27.500g, the duo 5500 is producing 1100l waste containers with a cycle time of 140 seconds. The fully integrated automation with an easix articular robot as well as 14 cooling stations with synchronised take off contributes to the increased system performance.
