So my RTX 4090 just got delivered to replace my old 2070 Super. Was tough to swallow the price tag but if it doesn't do what I need graphics-wise, it weighs in at 5 pounds and is over a foot long so I can always use it as a self-defense weapon.

Jokes aside, I figured I would put it under a load in MMD to test it out. When I was still getting upwards of 30FPS with 9 models and physics still on, I decided to push the envelope a bit and see what this thing could really do.

This is the result. 15 PMX files and 4 (6 if you count TCLX as 3 combined) X files...and, all of it, rendered in 4K at 60fps.

Again, I know it seems like I'm freaking out over what the better part of the MMD world considers simple stuff, but this is a HUGE jump from what I've been able to do in the past.

And this was just me throwing some stuff together quickly for a test, I can't wait to see what it will do with some planning and effort.

So, it was brought up to me yet again that I have no means of receiving any kind of donations, etc. The thing is, I don't do this for financial gain, I do it because I enjoy it. However, there are apparently people out there that think I need to at least have something set up for that scenario soooooo ... you get Ko-Fi.
