   • Cake flour out of all-purpose flour  

FULL RECIPE

For cake:

1 and a half Cup (210g) cake flour
1 Cup (200g) white sugar
1/3 Cup (35g) Cocoa powder
1 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Tsp salt
2 medium eggs
1/4 Cup (60ml) Vegetable oil
1/2 Cup (120ml) full cream milk
1 Tsp vanilla essence
1/2 Cup (120ml) boiling water
1 Tsp Instant coffee
1 Tbsp Vinegar (Optional)

For Ganache :

1 Cup (250ml) Evaporated milk
1/2 Cup (100g) white sugar
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 Cup (25g) cocoa powder
40g Salted or Unsalted Butter
