JAMAICAN Red Snapper Dish! Catch/Clean/Cook

In this episode we head out for the first day of Atlantic Red Snapper season aboard our X3 Bayboat. We caught a couple vermillion snapper on the first spot and on the third spot we find some red snapper! They weren't monsters but plenty big enough for dinner! We limited out and then wound up seeing Jamaican Mike at the dock and planned out a big dinner! Back at home Mike cooks 2 delicious Fish Dinners!
