It's sometimes difficult to hang a series of boards centered and with the right spacing everywhere, for the simple reason that they don't have the same width. After hanging dozens and dozens of boards in my home or at exhibitions, I've finally found the easiest and most effective way to display them neatly.

All you need is a level, screws or nails, a hammer, painters' tape and a pencil.

So here's the 5 steps:
1. I'll start by lining up the boards in the right order. Each board can have a different width, so you need to pay close attention to the order. I'll also make sure I have the same spacing between each board.
2. Then I roughly tape the center of each board and trace the middle perfectly.
3. I do the same with my level.
4. Then I trace the marks on the wall and put in my nails.
5. Then all that's left to do is hang the fishing line, shoelace or Tigerclaw like I do, and boom your 3 boards are perfectly aligned.
