Enya, born Eithne Pádraigín Ní Bhraonáin in Donegal, Ireland, is a classically trained musician known for her unique sound of multi-layered vocals and Celtic influences. She works in a creative partnership with producer Nicky Ryan and lyricist Roma Ryan; their first commission was the score for the 1985 film 'The Frog Prince', followed by the influential soundtrack for the BBC series 'The Celts'.
