Plastic Prototype CNC Turning on the DMC Lathe

Plastic prototype CNC Turning on the DMC DL-30 Turning Center. They particular type of plastic cuts very well and even some of the tight tolerances were easy to hold. We made 2 prototype parts for a good customer of hours. Easy to work with because they design machining friendly parts.

I haven't been able to post as much lately I've been very busy in the shop. Took a bunch of really impressive videos which I still need to edit.

I am very happy with how the channel is growing and the interest in our shop is growing as well. There are many interesting parts coming through a lot because of the channel. Much more awareness of the cool ways we machine.
