Today we are pleased to bring you the reintroduced staff Q&A with Adam Coldwells joining us for the his first session since becoming the interim NHS Grampian Chief Executive.

Pressures across the system, bed numbers, diagnosis delays and rota policies are among the topics Adam addresses in the today's Q&A.

We received more than 30 questions in less than 48 hours so we were unable to answer all of them on screen but we've tried to put as many as possible to Adam. Those that didn't receive an on screen answer will get a direct response via email shortly.
