Captured here are Medic 6 and Medic 8 of the King County Medic One organization in the city of Auburn, Washington. In the summer of 2018 emergency services were called to a horrific car accident involving multiple casualties and paramedics urgently transported two patients to the hospital in Seattle.

Both ambulances are 'International TerraStar' medium-duty trucks manufactured by the company International Trucks. They are some of the biggest ambulance vehicles I have ever encountered and are said to function as a "mobile emergency room", according to King County Medic One.

King County Medic One is one of several agencies providing 'Advanced Life Support' care to the citizens of King County and greater Seattle under Washington's renowned 'Medic One' medical care system. To find out more about how Medic One works to save lifes visit:
