Sri Chinmoy is a spiritual Master who dedicated his life to serving aspiring mankind. Through his meditations, writings, music, art and sports, he showed that the highest spirituality could be brought into every aspect of human life.

Sri Chinmoy saw humanity as a oneness-world-family. He inspired countless activities to bring together people in pursuit of this vision, such as the Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home Peace Run - the world's longest peace torch relay. He lived in New York, where for 37 years he held twice-weekly meditations for the staff and delegates at the United Nations.
