EPISODE 3: Inspection Nightmare!
1. Big things that stand out to us are:
2. leak in hot water heater (into electrical stuff, also at least 15-17 years old),
3. Heat pump not working properly,
4. dishwasher not working,
5. issues around chimney flashing and cap,
6. old duct work in crawl space (not used, in the way, needs to be removed to get to certain areas),
7. could tell there was termite activity at some point in an area in crawl space he couldn't access,
8. electrical wiring doesn't have ground wiring,
9. asbestos shingles (some need sealing), some
10. miscellaneous plumbing issues (leak in crawl space, loose toilet, loose shower head, tubs missing plugs) 
11. They've said they would fix some things already that came up on last inspection report, and they wanted us to go ahead and do this inspection to see what would come up that would need fixing. 
12. - is it worth pursuing this house with the extent of issues or at least going through negotiation process to see what they will fix?
