Quick and easy nettle soup🌿

Perfect for your outdoor adventures!🪵🏕️🎒🌲

Makes 1-2 servings
•10g dried nettle
•2,5 dl cream (I used an oat based)
•2 dl water
•0,5 dl white wine
•2 tsp onion powder
•1 tsp garlic powder
•1 tbsp vegetable bouillon powder
•1 tsp dry thyme
•1 tsp herb salt
•black pepper
•bread
•olive oil + garlic powder for the bread

Heat up cream and water. Crumble the nettle into the soup and add the rest of the ingredients. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Fry the bread in garlic powder and olive oil until crisp and eat together with your soup!🌿🍞

I picked my own nettle leaves from young plants and dried them. You can either dry them by hanging them up in a thread, or in a dehydrator or oven! 🌿
I love to use dried nettle for tea and cooking. 🔆
