"Remember Me" - d4vd (Arcane Season 2) Piano Cover

So, Arcane Season 2, huh? What did you guys think?


Recorded this on a bit of a whim. I was practicing The Line since it came out, but I was looping Remember Me all day yesterday and realized it was in my favorite key! Inspiration struck and I sat down to record.

I really didn't feel all that pressed to play Arcane's music asap this time, because unlike after season 1, this time there's already a lot of covers out there! The pianists were ready for season 2 lol.

Big shoutout to ‪@callio-p‬ whose arrangements I honestly just really enjoy listening to, they're fantastically well done, so if you've been waiting for me to play something go give them a listen! They share sheet music too!

I'm thinking that if I record more Arcane songs I won't stick to the original versions as much because I don't find them allll that suitable for piano, maybe except for The Line. My favorite song from the season is Renegade closely followed by Hellfire - there's absolutely no way I'm covering those LOL

The sheet music I'm looking at is not what I'm playing, I'm only looking at the melody and the harmony and then improvising. I might transcribe my version if need be, we'll see.

As for Season 2 itself, I have an essay's worth of opinions on it. Episode 7 was an absolute 10/10 for me, and my favorite part of the season was feral Jayce. I was cheering anytime he was on screen. Also Cait in her fancy Count Dracula cape. The visuals were absolute cinema, beautiful stuff, but they kind of shot for the moon with the plot there, didn't they? A bit of a shame some things didn't get closure, like the Zaun/Piltover conflict or Sevika as a whole. Where are her lines...
