The ear canal was completely occluded with impacted ear wax. This was not helped by the inappropriate use of q-tips (i.e. cotton buds).

I used various ENT micro-instruments to remove the impacted ear wax out of the ear canal and also off the eardrum.

After the procedure the client's associated symptoms were alleviated (conductive hearing loss, tinnitus, earache).
