NEW AP KAI'SA SNIPER BUILD + FAST Q EVO WITH PICKAXE TECH

Everyone's currently either buying a Manamune+Dirk for level 7 Q evo, or starting Doran's Blade and getting Q evolve at level 9 with an extra Sapphire Crystal. I've thought of an alternative that gives Q evolve as early as the first option, but is also as cheap as the second option.

If playing this build botlane, I recommend taking either Manaflow Band or Biscuit Delivery for the level 7 Q evolve.
