New Nicola Bulley Footage | Documentary | Weird Articles I Found!

In light to the new documentary on bbc surrounding Nicola Bulley, I question a man dressed in black who was seen multiple times only a month prior to the disappearance of Nicola. He was reported for chasing women on canals near the time she went missing.

This is in response to Peter Faulding saying a weird man was hanging around asking questions about what happens to a body in the water, Peter then asked a Sun photographer to capture an image of this man who apparently was never questioned.

I also give my views on the new documentary on Nicola's disappearance.
