I quit sugar for 1 week and the absolute best change has nothing to do with how my body looks... hi there :) I'm rachel! Welcome back to getting my sh*t together before I turn 30. The first installment of this series is a 7 day sugar detox (because this is the most pressing issue I needed to address quite frankly). If you're a sugar addict (not an exaggeration) like myself, you'll probably appreciate what a struggle this was.

Come with me on the journey of highly motivated to highly sh*tty feeling and back. And find out if it was all worth it in the end!

Also an important reminder that the intention of this journey (at least for myself) was to feel healthier, not lose weight, and so I still made sure to maintain a healthy daily calorie intake + eat lots of carbs!
