2/3 cup honey
1/3 cup light or dark brown sugar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup white whole wheat flour or swap additional all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
