Today is Sangyé and Nyangdé Düchen, it is known as the anniversary of the Lord Buddha's Enlightenment and Mahaparinirvana. On this holy day, I would like to share this beautiful old Tsok prayer and melody for all beings.

May you have happiness and causes of happiness
May you be free of suffering and the cause of suffering.
May you never be separated from the supreme joy which is beyond suffering. May you remain in the boundless equanimity, free from attachment to close ones, and free from hatred and misunderstanding when thinking/dealing with those who are far away.
