HELLO EVERYONE i've kinda been a mess and all over the place, so i decided to take some time to purposefully practice self-care. i struggle big time with taking time to myself because i always have to justify the way i spend my time with a "productive" reason. but making sure you nurture your physical, mental, and emotional health is so important! so here is an attempt of linh trying to relax, do things she loves (including building the lego set of the 12-year old self's dream), and
trying to be better at taking care of herself.
