Mahan Mirarab and Golnar Shahyar

As our community is deeply affected by the feminist revolution that is unraveling in Iran, we felt conflicted about the concert we planned months ago for December 10th: a night with the Mahan Mirarab band.
As we contemplated canceling this event, we came to the conclusion that their music and this event could instead be a night of gathering for our community to mourn, protest, express their rage, heal and echo their solidarity with the brave people of Iran. We invite you to come and share the space we are holding together at Nublu 151, 151 Loisaida Ave, New York, NY 10009, on Saturday, December 10th, 7:30pm with Mahan Mirarab (Guitar, Fretless Guitar), Golnar Shahyar (Voice, Piano, Keys),
Sam Minaie (Bass), and John Hadfield (Drums).
This Album Release Concert is dedicated to the Woman Life Freedom Revolution in Iran
